We really enjoyed the food here. Everything we had was super good and the service was fantastic. Sushi tasted fresher and tons of options for rolls.

I love this place! We always get a great meal and goid service. We went last night and Whitney was our server. She was fantastic!! We had some questions about the menu and she provided the answers and gave suggestions!!

Ordered take-out and live 5 minutes away. The food was cold and tasted old. The roti prata Indian bread was drenched in frying oil and completely inedible. The fried veggie gyoza were soggy. The Mongolian beef barely had any meat and tasted odd, and plastic like? The garlic honey chicken was alright, mostly breading. Completely disappointed for $71!! Been here many times, but won’t go back.

I have been going to Akina for years, but I believe today I had my best meal. I guess I didn't know they had a special lunch menu, that my husband and I ordered from. I had a small salad, and then a nice size bowl of rice with various cuts of fresh raw fish. Hot sauce was served on the side. It was so delicious and filling, I am happy to have enough for supper tonight. I will be back for many more lunches (and supper!)

We had a truly delicious meal. Staeted with a spring roll that was light and unique with a touch of cinnamon. We shared a revolution sushi roll and chicken and garlic sauce with fried rice. Everything was expertly prepared, and our server was polite and professional. Destined to become a regular stop for us in Clermont.

I love sushi and various kids of rolls; however, I ordered two rolls here and one tasted very off. After the first piece, which was hard to swallow due to the surprising taste, I took each piece of fish out of another piece to smell. The salmon on top smelled fine, but the smoked salmon inside smelled rotten. When I told the waiter about the taste, he informed me that smoked salmon had a fishier taste than other salmon. I informed him that I eat smoked salmon often and this is not how it should smell or taste. He took it off the bill, and removed it from my plate, but I can’t help worrying about the piece I ate to begin with and the fact that this was served to me. For the high cost of their sushi, I anticipated high quality sushi, but I got fish that was past its prime instead.

Great food but if you’re thinking of going close to closing hours you may only be able to do take out. Call ahead.

Great intimate setting. The food was FRESH! Our server Margie, was the best. She recommended items and what sauces to use with what foods. There was another woman that gave off a manager vibe that was very pleasant as well. Genuine greetings, smiles and service. There were sushi chefs (?) Not sure what they are called, that are on site making the sushi orders fresh. From the first step inside the establishment, to leaving was a pleasant experience to top off vacation.

My daughter and I visited Akina for dinner, our waitress was Jennifer. We've been there before on a few occasions and the service was always good but this time we had Jennifer as our waitress and she was outstanding. She was so attentive to our needs, she was friendly and very sweet. I hope we get her again the next time we go.
By the way, everytime we've been there
the manager comes around at some point to ask us how everything is going. We really appreciate that personal touch.
