Jordan is awesome! He is phenomenal and got us our drinks hot and in a timely manner! He has SUCH a warm, friendly disposition and was so friendly to us when we had a bad day! We really appreciate meeting people with stellar customer service skills who genuinely seem to care about their work and their customers!! Starbucks: this guy is a gem of an employee and a rarity in the customer service industry. We will come back to this location for sure, and we hope to see Jordan there!

I was in there yesterday (4/16) just after 2pm with my four year old. I’m 8 months pregnant and we had spent the last few hours at doctors appointments when we popped in for a treat (Vanilla Bean Frap and muffin for him and a decaf latte for mama).
