My wife and I typically like to try new places and switch our rotation of restaurants when we go out on the weekends. We have heard and seen this place multiple times so today we decided to try it for lunch. When we arrived at 11:20 there were 4 parties of people in the restaurant so they weren't that busy. we were seated quickly and served chips and salsa immediately. It took 10 minutes for our server to even approach us. the host recognized this and took our drink orders. Although kind, waiting 10 minutes to place an appetizer order and ask for a glass of water is ridiculous considering the lack of people in the establishment. We ordered our appetizers, meal, and a glass of water during the first interaction with our server. Although once our food came out it looked delicious, we couldn't eat because we had no silverware. After an additional 5 mins, our server came back with our other appetizer and I then asked for silverware and that same glass of water that never came. Lastly, When our food was brought out we asked for more chips so we could enjoy the 6 dollar queso we ordered along with the 22.00 plates and she said no problem. That was the last time we saw our server until I had to stop her to pay the bill. No silverware, 20 minutes for a glass of water, no chip refill, no drink refill, and the server never asked how we were enjoying the experience. Some of these things I find excusable if the establishment was filled with large parties and they didn't have enough front of house staff to compensate but this was not the case today. The food was delicious but not good enough to justify the treatment. Its the last time I will come here and pay 100.00 for that type of service and treatment.

Dined here for lunch yesterday. Excellent chicken and beef tacos! The restaurant is very bright, lively, and clean. Food came out quickly and the service was fantastic. We'll be back next time we're in Clermont!

Excellent! Party of 4 and all very satisfied with the items ordered. Huevos Rancheros were amazing as well as other items orderdered. The Bourbon Margarita was terrific! Tastefully decorated. Full service bar. Ask for Everardo (sp), a real friendly and knowledgeable waiter.
I get that what I am about to describe doesn’t involve my mother or I but we were very extremely uncomfortable as we were finishing our meal. The table next to us I think had a party of 6 , 2 young ladies & some children with them & the manager forced them to move to another table however they were already sitting down & eating, because they wanted to fit a larger party at that table who were waiting. He kept on saying that they had a reservation & I agree with the lady , if the party after them had a reservation then why sit them at the table that was meant for them. She kept making it clear to the manager that it was very weird & she didn’t feel comfortable staying at the restaurant so her party left. The hostess gave one of the people in the larger party that were waiting a high five. So this was planned all along ? A sting operation to embarrass the party next to my mother & I in public forcing them to leave ? My mother told our waiter that it made us extremely uncomfortable & the waiter defended the manager by gaslighting the situation making it seem like well she could of said no then all good but we heard the manager & he was forcing the party to move he wouldn’t take no for an answer. Why because they are black & the party that he was giving the table to were white ? This sounds like extreme racism. My mother & I are just trying to enjoy our meal & we were subjected to hearing this uncomfortable exchange & the manager ruined the lady’s sons birthday. That little boy is going to grow up with the forever eternal memory of a grown man forcing him & his family to move from their table on his birthday so that the table will be given to a white family. My heart breaks for this family & my mother & I don’t agree with what the manager did. Horrible !! We are appalled & disgusted by this. We won’t be back & it’s a shame because the drinks & food at this restaurant are amazing but the service & the way that the employees treat customers is reprehensible.

I can agree with some of the other reviews here. The place is nice the staff is also very nice. It was busy which I took as a good sign thinking the food must be really good. That wasn’t the case, we got chicken, pork and shrimp tacos. All were very dry and lacking flavor except for the shrimp tacos which were good. The margarita was too sweet and couldn’t really taste the alcohol which was fine but we asked for the second round of margaritas to not be as sweet but we were told that they were pre-mixed drinks so couldn’t do anything about the sweetness, waiter recommended a different margarita. Overall it was a decent experience, clean restaurant despite the rush and the staff was nice staff. Expected a little more in terms of flavors though. Oh the chips and salsa was good.

Great restaurant! The food is fantastic. I’ve tried several different dishes and all have been fantastic! This is usually a go to for my family. Jessica has served us many times. She is one of my favorite waiters. Ask for her when you come in. But regardless, you gotta come check this place out put this on your list!

The food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is very clean and very spacious. They have plenty of seating outdoors as well. The parking lot is bigger than I expected, because there is parking behind the building as well. We look forward to returning. I wish they had more location in Orlando.
