Chef'n It Up Pizza is a wonderful family-owned business new to the downtown Clermont area. This is a cool food truck spot with excellent New York-style pizza made by a true New Yorker. Customers order at the counter and share communal tables with the rest of the venues at this location, all under a shade. The large cheese pizza was one of the better pizzas in the central Florida area, with a tasty sauce that had a bit of sweetness and was packed with melty mozzarella. They also offer homemade chocolate mousse cheesecake and black and white cookies, which were devoured. The owner was very friendly and made customers feel like family. They have another location in Groveland with a more extensive menu. Customers praised the best pizza and service in the area, with outstanding cheese and margarita pizzas, as well as delicious meatballs, sauce, garlic knots, and salads. The quaint little place with not much indoor seating offers fantastic food, including a pizza roll and a large calzone that could feed an entire family. The friendly staff and the owner's father-in-law, who waited on customers, contributed to the great experience.
