I have been visiting this Chili’s location in Clermont for over three years now. While there are aspects of the experience that keep us coming back, there are some persistent issues that have become difficult to overlook. Starting with the positives, our server during this recent visit was fantastic. They were attentive and kept our drinks refilled, which we truly appreciated. However, we did encounter a few setbacks. The food took much longer to reach the table than usual, despite the restaurant not being very full at the time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restrooms is an area that consistently needs more attention and frequent checks. Most concerningly, the alarm panel at the entrance has been broken and beeping for what feels like the entire three years we’ve been coming here. There is even a paper sign posted by management stating they are aware of the problem. As a guest, hearing a safety-related panel beeping continuously for years does not make me feel comfortable or confident in the building's safety protocols. I enjoy the staff and the convenience of this location, but I hope management can finally prioritize these repairs and maintenance issues to provide a better, safer-feeling environment for their loyal customers.

We do not eat out much at all. Maybe one or two times a year. Tonight reminded us why. Too much salt in the food, chicken was like rubber, the ribs were tuff and hard to chew. The French fries were full of grease. The Mac & Cheese was gummy and salty.We will eating at home from now on. To the Owner...if I didn't like your food the first time, why would I contact you for anymore of your unhealthy food?

Lexi was our server,Lexi has been the best server we’ve had at any chilli’s hands down,very personable,we did not have to ask for refills before we could finish one drink she was bringing out the next.Food was amazing and was surprised how quick it came out,usually when we have appointments in orlando we always stop at the chilli’s at champions gate,but this time traffic was so bad gps sent us through clermont,we are eating at this one from now on,thank you Lexi for treating us so good.

This was take out. Food was dry and overcooked. They forgot the salsa on a chips and salsa order. Sides were very skimpy. Not worth the money for fajitas. Terrible!

The Service was phenomenal. We had a great server. The AC was not working and it was hard to enjoy our meals without airflow. I imagine if they fix the AC this location would be great.
