Our order was half-fulfilled, the steak for the fajitas was incredibly tough, the chicken was unseasoned, our server spilled ranch all over my daughter’s food, laughed, and told us it was fine, I was encouraged to have more than one beverage because the waitress told us DUI’s aren’t a big deal… not a great experience.

This has become our regular Friday lunch spot. Love coming here, especially when Shannon is working! She knows our order, is always attentive and so sweet.
We live close, so we frequent often, but every single time it’s been friendly, fast, efficient, and always a good time .. the food is fresh, always cooked to order and the bartenders are just wonderful. It doesn’t take long to make us regulars and they always recognize us.we will choose chilis over surrounding restaurants/bars every time. Thank you guys.. keep on doing what your doing
My husband and I eat at Chili's in Clermont on an average of 3-4 times a month. The food has always been good. We have however, decided that we're only going to eat lunch instead of dinner there. Our experience at dinner the last few times has been less than stellar as far as service is concerned. We always request Shannon who covers the bar section at lunch time. She is an absolutely incredible, top-notch server. I have never had to ask for a drink refill or a to-go box when we're ready to leave.She anticipates all your needs before you even have to ask. At this point, as soon as we come in she knows exactly what we're drinking. Since we usually order the same meal, she just asked if we want the usual. I hope Chili's management knows what they have with a server like Shannon. They dont come any better. Her excellent customer service is the main reason we frequent the restaurant so often.

We are frequent visitors to Chili’s Clermont because of Shannon. The food is excellent but Shannon is maybe the best server ever. She is so customer friendly and helpful. Shannon know the menu and is so helpful’. Shannon remembers the customer and their previous menu selections. She suggest other menu items. Shannon is an excellent Bar attendant. Customers are always first. Let me say again, Go to Chilis Clermont and hope you get Shannon - SHE is the best! M.

We go to Chili's in Clermont on Hwy 50 frequently. We always try to sit in or at the bar area so we can have Shannon as our server. She is TOTALLY AWESOME. She will have the chips & salsa and our drinks out to us without us having to order. She knows and remembers that we do not like seasoning on our fries or our buns toasted. She is extremely efficient...we have seen her (on many occasions) handle the entire bar area (tables and bar) single handedly. She is friendly & personable and makes you feel welcome. Shannon is the sole reason we continue to frequent Chili's in Clermont on Hwy 50.
