The Service was phenomenal. We had a great server. The AC was not working and it was hard to enjoy our meals without airflow. I imagine if they fix the AC this location would be great.

Take Out means sit and wait an extra 15-20 minutes past your time, then you have to go inside to get your order.

Take notice. Chilis automatically added a 20% tip on my take out order. No service, just handed me a bag of what i ordered. I often tip on takeout, but 20% is what a waitress/waiter would get for taking orders, refilling sodas, water, bringing extra chips, etc.
