My daughter did an order thru door dash and it was incorrect I called Chilis and spoke to the manager Luis and he re did the order correctly and complimentary. Wow high 5 to Luis for taking excellent care to their Customers.

We live close, so we frequent often, but every single time it’s been friendly, fast, efficient, and always a good time .. the food is fresh, always cooked to order and the bartenders are just wonderful. It doesn’t take long to make us regulars and they always recognize us.we will choose chilis over surrounding restaurants/bars every time. Thank you guys.. keep on doing what your doing

My husband and I eat at Chili's in Clermont on an average of 3-4 times a month. The food has always been good. We have however, decided that we're only going to eat lunch instead of dinner there. Our experience at dinner the last few times has been less than stellar as far as service is concerned. We always request Shannon who covers the bar section at lunch time. She is an absolutely incredible, top-notch server. I have never had to ask for a drink refill or a to-go...
