Our food was delicious. The atmosphere was what was expected. Casual, not fancy. Our waiter wasn't very attentive to our needs; even though he wasn't too busy.

First, the wait at the hostess stand should have given me a hint it was going to be a long lunch. Finally a gentleman in line went to find a hostess. Then, the wait for the waiter to come to the table. I started to leave, but reminded myself to be patient. When the waiter arrived, he seemed lost. Waiters shouldn’t work on their own until they at least know the menu. I ordered the lunch special two item combo of soup and salad. The waiter said I don’t think we have that. I showed him I where it was located in the menu. Then began the long wait for the food (25 minutes). I had to request corn muffins twice. I had finished my soup before they finally arrived. When my glass was empty, I had to wave him down for a tea refill. Cracker Barrel used to be so good. It was my favorite restaurant, but now I won’t be going back there.

When we got seated at 5:00 pm there was only one other table beside us. We watched servers walking in and out of the kitchen and standing around talking. Waited 15 minutes and nobody had taken our drink order or even acknowledged us yet so we left and nobody even noticed. We will not be back.

Went to go pick up a truck 4 hours away from home needed food, decided to stop here cause it was the closest absolutely a waste of money! Waiter Bianca was okay-ish I ordered mac&cheese and she kept telling me oh the kids size, no mac and cheese grown full adult how hard was that to comprehend? So ordered the little kids because she wasnt gonna get it clearly. Comes out with not even a spoon of mac and cheese. Waited for her to come back and when we were all done eating she checked on us one time, i went to say something and proceeded to ignore what i was trying to ask and walked off grabbed our receipt and handed it to us. Food was absolutely horrible my group barely ate anything that they ordered would not recommend eating at this place in this area
