Very disappointing experience at this location this week. We bought two cookies and, right after the purchase, noticed that one of them was extremely hard, dry, and crumbling, with a very unpleasant taste — completely different from the usual Crumbl quality.
When I went back to the counter, the employee who assisted me had a very bad attitude and was quite unpleasant. She stated that the cookies are always hard, that they stay sitting there, and that if I took another one it would be just as hard. She also suggested I should go to another store or simply get a refund.
The way the situation was handled was frustrating and disappointing. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly bothered by the complaint. This experience was especially disappointing because we are regular customers and have never had this issue at this location before.
I hope management addresses both customer service and product quality.

Cookies were good, the Cotton Candy was our best, then second was the Oreo birthday cake, then the basic chocolate chip and last was the peanut butter Munch. I am a huge peanut butter lover and the peanut butter Munch slacked on peanut butter flavor but it was still ok. The cookies are slightly pricey, so definitely not something we will be doing on a regular. But not bad for our first time.

Full size gave me 3 min each for 2 that are out of stock that not a full size and one was a surcharge omg buy all more ever week not no more not on weekend
