You folks have a couple new ladies working the 6am shift that are doing a great job. They are polite and professional. Their uniform always looks great. Everything looks clean. As long as that continues it will be my first choice for breakfast.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced today 4/11/24 at 10:04am with drive though employee Essence. I placed a fairly large order in the drive through. When I got to the window one of the employees, a woman with long braids, was loudly saying I can't believe she ordered all this at the f'ing drive through. She literally cursed, loudly! She rudely gave me a few boxes of donuts and I said thank you, she said nothing while rolling her eyes. I got the rest of the order and said thank you again, she said nothing again, shoved my $80! dollar receipt at me and walked away. I will be spending my dollars else where in the future, and I spend them on treats for work very often. Sorry Dunkin, do better. She needs to go work some place else away from customers.

This place has gone downhill the last couple of months. Mobile orders not getting made properly half the time and customer service is nonexistent. I went in and stood around waiting for my mobile order drinks and nobody in there made eye contact, asked me if I needed help, nothing. They just pretend you don't exist. I finally noticed my drinks sitting behind the counter not mixed while the staff worked on other orders. I just grabbed them and left. They need a real manager to come in and clean this place up. I'm done with this Dunkin.

I’ve had multiple issues with this location. I finally learned my lesson and decided to never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, even though they are up the block from my house. They ran out of donuts the other day and it was only 12pm. They give you old donuts that are not edible. Dunkin as a company has gone downhill for some time now. I’ve been to multiple locations in NY and Fl and noticed how poorly they are managed. I wanted to try the new churro donut and received a small, hard, shriveled donut. I actually like a lot of things from Dunkin when it is made properly. As fed up as I am soon I’m just going to stop giving them my money all together.

Drive through good, my coffee was too sweet, so I drove back through, and they gave me a new cup of coffee and a donut FREE. I didn't expect that, THANKS. Hazelnut is my favorite. Your donuts are filled full and delicious unlike Krispy Kreme's, where a donut cream amount can vary 1-2 teaspoon. KEEP YOUR DONUTS BULDGING WITH FLAVOR! Hay, that could be a great slogan! "OUR DONUTS ARE BULDGING WITH FLAVOR" LOL

I gave 2 stars because it wasn't the donuts or coffee I had a problem with.When I walked in, the music was extremely loud. I couldn't even hear myself think. There was only 1 person in front of me and no one in the drive thru, and I waited 10 minutes to place my order. There was no, "I'll be with you shortly or anything." Then, to top it off, the cashier gets aggrevated with me because she can't hear me. (Freakin incredible), I can't hear her, she can't hear me. Then she throws up her hands and says to her coworker, "I don't know what she's saying." And proceeds to give me attitude which I did not appreciate because it was not my fault. I even said the music is too loud. I can't hear you, and she just liked at me like I was stupid. But at least the coffee and donuts tasted good.

Probably the filthiest DD I have ever been. There was a huge green fly inside the donut counter flying through the food. In the afternoon they barely have any donuts left and the dining area is a mess. Avoid this location!!!

Went this morning to order a coffee. I change my order daily always trying something new. When I arrived to the window I asked for a minute to look over the menu, maybe 30 seconds went by before I was rushed to order. I got to the window to get my coffee asked for some creamers on the side and was given an attitude for that so I just told them I didn’t want it anymore. Hopefully this location gets some better customer service.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about this DD location, we had a great experience! The food was fresh, coffee was very good, the service was attentive, the servers were quick, had a polite and lively interaction with us and looked to be having a good time at work. The location was clean inside and out. Really not sure what more folks could hope for at a Dunkin’ Donuts, maybe they felt they should have a red carpet for them? Folks who tend to “ask for the manager” for every little thing tend to be unhappy about most things anyway. We were here in the a.m. for breakfast, it was a nice atmosphere in which to wait while waiting for my car to get an oil change nearby. I saw the cars in the drive-thru go through the line at a decent speed while the employees inside hustled to get everyone served quickly.
