This place has gone downhill the last couple of months. Mobile orders not getting made properly half the time and customer service is nonexistent. I went in and stood around waiting for my mobile order drinks and nobody in there made eye contact, asked me if I needed help, nothing. They just pretend you don't exist. I’ve had multiple issues with this location. I finally learned my lesson and decided to never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, even though they are up the block from my house. They ran out of donuts the other day and it was only 12pm. They give you old donuts that are not edible. Dunkin as a company has gone downhill for some time now. You folks have a couple new ladies working the 6am shift that are doing a great job. They are polite and professional. Their uniform always looks great. Everything looks clean. As long as that continues it will be my first choice for breakfast.
