What a coffee shop should be. Not many like this in the land of Starbucks and foxtail. This is high quality espresso using top tier equipment and knowledgeable baristas. I've probably been here over a hundred times and it is consistently great coffee. The bourbon white is my personal favorite, though you can't go wrong with the majority of the menu here.

Great location, friendly staff, but a bad place for people that are wanting to work. There are no accessible power outlets in the coffee shop. You have to go to tables inside the bike shop, and it isn’t as comfortable in there. They also don’t have internet for customers, which shocked me since it is 2024 and a coffee shop.

I don’t know why when I think about a little coffee treat this place doesn’t traditionally come to mind. But I’m changing that today. Coffee, tea, kombucha, matcha, smoothies, juices… I literally don’t know what else they could carry (okay, I do, maybe some packaged gluten free pastries for this celiac) to be even more delightful. I like a boujie coffee place with quality product, and Energy Lab fits the bill. As a bonus, the staff is super friendly. Will return!

I love that this coffee bar is right off a bike trail and overlooks the lake. I stopped by after a bike ride to enjoy a much deserved coffee.There is a place to tie up some bikes in front of the shop, but nowhere to secure a bike in the immediate view of the coffee bar area. I dislike turning my back on my bike, so this was a surprise. I do think I saw a makeshift tire slot holder for bikes with thinner tires in front of the coffee bar -- but you can't chain it up there, so that's not useful either.Anyway, onto the coffee bar. This is a holistic cafe, so the option for sweeteners is really just honey. And they don't have options for cream either. I usually get a coffee with stevia and oat milk, I assumed that this combination would be offered here, but no. They told me they make coffee black, period. They can put some honey in there and they begrudgingly offered some steamed milk to add too (I didn't want it steamed, I just wanted a creamer-like addition to my coffee), but they serve black coffee. So, despite it being a coffee bar - you are limited on what you can add to your coffee (preferably nothing).It's hard to rate this because I ultimately ended up pouring out my coffee. I couldn't enjoy the steamed milk and honey combination as a forced alternative to my normal sweetener/creamer.Edit: I just reviewed a picture of their menu and it says they have oat milk, so I'm not sure what happened. Maybe they were thrown off because I just asked for a cup of coffee, not a latte or cappuccino. I am not sure.

This is pretty much the go to for our Energy Lab Fix and always love the BONKLESS a Super healthy juice with gala apple, spinach, celery, lemon, cucumber and turmeric to feed your body. It truly gives you an extra energy boost for the day! Not only juice, they also have coffee and smoothies…that we’ve enjoyed from time to time too…Been coming here many times and everything’s great as always… Our favorite juice bar in Clermont!!! ?

The guy at the counter didn’t want to make anything. He said he was shutting things down and so nothing was available except for smoothies. He kept offering things that sounded good, but then he would tell you that he couldn’t make it?
