I was very impressed by this location. The prices were a little higher but the portions were bigger and had a great taste. I was pleasantly surprised. Great staff, great seating inside and outside.

I order the Lasagna roll and alfredo for $6.99 and a Happy Hour Lemon Italian ice for $2. I was charged $13.99 for Chicken Alfredo Lasagna rolls, which wasn't what I wanted. I don't like broccoli on pasta. Ick 😥. I received no breadsticks and had to go back in and ask for them.

I had not had Fazoli's in probably 3 years, but I stopped in for takeout. The ordering was easy and they prepared my food so quickly. (Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken) While I was waiting- literally 2 minutes later - I realized I meant to order a different entree (baked penne with chicken and broccoli) and they gladly made a different one. No fuss, no judgment. They did not hesitate. Sophia, the manager, was so nice and had me take both entrees( only paid for one) because...
