First Watch is a restaurant with great food and excellent service. The majority of the staff is fantastic, friendly, and quick. The restaurant is extremely clean with a very country decor and a touch of shabby chic. Food is delicious, awesome, and of amazing quality. Portions are generous and prices are good. Specific highlights include the French toast perfection, the classic with the million dollar bacon, and the must-have double bacon parmesan hash. It is a great option for healthy food. The experience is consistently excellent with zero complaints.
