Only takes cash with no explanation why. 3/18/25 Stopped making apple pies (I checked at breakfast and lunch times over the course of multiple weeks) with no explanation. Upon inquiry into why certain items were not being made or what the issues with the payment system are, I was blown off by an indifferent crew member. This used to be my son's favorite restaurant but we are going to find another. Customer Service is dead here. Choose another location. This one is broken.

Went in for a cappuccino at lunchtime. It cost $3.93. I stood for 10 mins then was told the machine wasn't working. They did ask if I wanted anything else so I said a black coffee would be fine. I knew there was a price difference but I never got offered a refund for the difference. I went outside to drink my black coffee and it was awful. It definitely wasn't fresh and it was so strong. Definitely won't be back. There were also another 3 customers making complaints. Service was awful and the staff were arguing among themselves. Absolutely terrible.

Just got a burger at this store. No bun on the bottom. What the hell goes on in this store. Had to wait 10 ninutes to place the drive thru order, then had to move to the second window. Then got the wrong order, then got the order and burger missing the bun. Every time we go to this store there are issues. Don't go to this McDonalds. Run in the opposite direction.

Food was great and the girl taking the order was really sweet. Dude working tonight at the window for the food pickup (2nd window) tried to play us when it came to sauces. Never have I been to a McDonalds and the person at the window ask “how many ketchup packets do I want”, when I asked. When I shrugged and stated a “handful” he made a whole irritated face.

When double checking for the sauces for our nuggets, the guy insisted that he already put them in the bag. We doubled checked and when I requested the two sauces he then again made another face and rolled his eyes and clearly only gave us one sauce. When I asked for the other sauce again, he said “I know I put it in the bag.” AGAIN we doubled checked and I started to double check and then finally he said “here” and handed me the sauce…

Felt like pulling teeth just to get some damn sauces.

Not sure if they have to do a sauce count at the end of the night or what but sheesh… dude was younger than me and catching an attitude… about sauces?! Smh.

Oh well. At least we drove away with with we wanted.

Waited more than 15 minutes for food. Was told by MOD that the wait was because everything was cooked fresh. Got home and everything was cold… no way it could have been fresh. Bad service, bad food, bad management.

Let me just begin by saying the customer service is absolutely terrible! I don’t know who the GM is, but that person should really start training their staff. I’ve never seen so many rude people in my life. The lady at the window told me I should have ordered ketchup at the screen. Seriously?! I can’t ask ketchup for my hash brown at the window?! For my hash brown that cost $3?! I am a GM at a restaurant, but an actual good one. Whoever this manager is needs to be seriously trained. Not fired, I would never wish that upon anyone.

Let me also say that I have been here here on multiple occasions, and it’s always been the same. I normally don’t care, because I’m just there for the food, but this gets old. There’s a reason for your terrible reviews. Care a little more, just a little.

And it makes sense that the person that reads these only respond to the 5 star review. It comes from the top.

Ordered from here and the store "pushed through" the order we made, saying it was delivered to us. We did not recieve the food, and when we called, I had to twice
, they said because they said it was delivered they couldn't refund and we would have to call an 800 number and offered no further assistance.
