Absolutely pathetic service received at this location. The manager does not know what he is doing there. Order placed online for pickup, get to the store and he says there is no such order and who's phone was it placed from (as if that even matters) and without even seeing the confirmation number, he already decided that we did not even place an order at the location. Waited 20 minutes in the parking to get something i ordered online for pickup before I left home (home being 18 mins away from the store) ..absolutely ridiculous!

I went here with my partner early in the morning at around 7am. We went to use the self-order kiosks and they were laggy and unresponsive. When I was finally able to cancel the order on the kiosk, I ordered on my phone instead. My order was simple, yet they had forgotten my drink. I stood at the counter waiting for my drink for around 7 minutes. This place wasnt busy whatsoever. Absolutely unpleasant experience and will not go to this mcdonalds again.

Omg if you live locally and wanna use this McDonalds for a late night meal, DONT! They don’t listen or read your order for specific instructions. This has been twice they let my children down. Here’s the breakdown First time was mobile order after a parks day… both children’s kids meals did not have fries, burgers were asked to be plain but they were not just prepared as if they were not requested to be changed, but they were ASSAULTED with a level of condiments that coulda be described as soupy…needless to say we had to go to another store to reorder and replace… 2nd experience: Went inside and literally had the worst sit down experience in this restaurant… two happy meals all I ordered… 40 min wait… wouldn’t have stoped if my daughter didn’t ask for a potty break and food… never again at this location
