Bagels from day before. No display of the breads anymore. Really went down in quality. Other paneiras are much better. Also very inconsistent bagels.i still love paneiras, just not that branch.

Not sure what has happened to this Panera. We ordered coffee and went over to the carafe only to find no coffee in 3 of the carafes. The wife needs her coffee in the AM or it's a long day. This has happened several times in the past few months. Hopefully they improve.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, both came out with the wrong modifications. The air time was long for how busy they were. I watched a lady wait 20+ minutes for an iced coffee that came out wrong twice. No one is smiling, guests or employees.

Really disappointed in this location. Created an online pick up order and got a flat tire on my way to pick it up. Tried calling 5 times to let someone know so I could possibly get a refund since I can’t eat for lunch but no one will answer the phone.

Came into Panera and they told me next time I just “ need to call” lmao yall are crazy and your customer service sucks. Trying to understand how this is a good option when yall don’t pick up the phone in the first place.

they are literally out of every bread on the website i went as low as to order a BLT and couldn’t without having to put a substitution for EVERYTHING. couldn’t even call to ask the number is disconnected.

Nice restaurant, lots of seating, food is always fast and fresh. The only bad thing is the order area is small and the drink area gets crowded. But they do offer self order machines or you can order on the app to be picked up immediately in the store. Nice new feature.

I had a poor experience with a Manager at this store. My DoorDash driver delivered my order. A $10 bowl of soup for my sick child was missing. I did confirm with the driver before calling the store. The manager passed blame on the driver stating, “The driver took the order before it was complete.” I replied, “the bag was sealed on the counter for pick up.” She then said, “we didn’t have a chance to confirm the order.” I asked, “why would you seal a bag and place on the pick up counter if the order wasn’t confirmed?” This manager had many attempts to take full accountability of their mistake. She tried to half blame the driver which I did not appreciate. Drivers are tipped based off service. To incline a driver made a mistake could jeopardize their tip. I don’t appreciate a manager shifting blame. She then finally said it was busy and that’s why they made a mistake and she confirmed it was her who forgot to check the order. Mistakes happen. Take accountability and do better. If a manager can’t fulfill their job and hold themselves accountable I would believe their staff may be trained the same. Please be cautious before you think about deducting a tip to your driver for this stores mistakes.
