Bad Customer service. Crew actively work to avoid the customer. Tomato soup was not edible. The cinnamon crunch bagel was good. Atmosphere needs were as it is rin down. Overpriced and would not return if I did not have a gift card.

Thank you, Crystal and Tanner. I came in right at opening for my egg, cheese, avocado, and tomato on a croissant at 6:30 a.m., as I needed to be at work by 7. Tanner took my order with proficiency, and Crystal expedited it so I could be in and out quickly. They were both pleasant and even acknowledged me by name. That goes a long way and truly energized my morning. Your store location is my favorite within the area

I wouldn’t usually take the time to review a Panera but the one in Clermont has great customer service. My friend’s young daughter picked Panera for a birthday celebration dinner and when we met there I gave her a ballon and her gift. While we were in line she was playing with the ballon and it broke off the ribbon she was holding and floated to the ceiling. My friend’s daughter immediately looked sad. Within no more than minutes two employees, I believe in leadership, were getting a large ladder from the back. They brought out the ladder, in the middle of the guest line, and got the ballon. We didn’t expect them to be so kind and get the ballon but it was really special. Thanks for making her birthday dinner so nice!

Apparently they changed their recipes in June, and the new recipes are terrible. The crispy cinnamon bagel used to be my favorite of any bagel anywhere, but the new recipe is awful. I took a bite and I can't get the horrific taste out of my mouth. They need to change the recipes back.

This was my first visit back in years. The bread was too hard to chew, the chicken soup was good. My husband ordered pick 2, 1 beef with dipping and Italian. He never received the dipping. My half Italian had no provolone in it. Very disappointed 😞
I usually enjoy visiting this Panera Bread, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. I arrived about an hour before closing and noticed that almost everything had already been removed from the display, which took away from the visual appeal that’s normally part of the experience.
The staff, however, were laughing and joking around loudly, creating an unprofessional atmosphere. The lack of attention was also noticeable in the overall quality and presentation of what was served.
Additionally, the high chairs available for customers with children were in unacceptable condition, dirty and one even wet, which made them unusable. The general cleanliness of the place left a poor impression.
I chose to come here instead of Starbucks, expecting the same pleasant experience I used to have, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. I truly hope management takes the necessary steps to restore the standards this location once had.

I went there to pickup an online order. Notified the server at the counter and told to wait until my name was called. I've never been there before, and didn't realize that the pickup area was all the way down on the other end of the store. So, I did hear my name. After about 20 minutes, I had asked about an estimated time, and with the look from the employee, like I should know. I finally went down to the end of the store and ask for a pickup order with the name, and still was given the run around like nobody knew, but I finding see a bag sitting on the counter and asked someone else to see if that was my order, and It was. I would never go to this store again. No thanks!

Have come here for years and when I fasted all day today for a dr appointment only to be told the appointment wasn’t put into the system I came in here starving and the food filled me right up and the food is always a delicious pleasure
