In the past few months I had noticed that portions gotten smaller, to the point that won’t even satisfy a child. I paid $6 dollars for what looks like half a pb&j on sliced bread and always missing ingredients, plus another $6 for 3 tbs of Mac & cheese or soup, it’s ridiculous…

The service and food at this Clermont Panera was very good. However the men’s bathroom was terrible. Feces on the toilet and both trash cans were overflowing. Obviously it had not been cleaned recently. I hope they correct this.

We ordered our bagels on line to be picked up at 9 am. Arrived at 10 and they weren't ready yet ... no big deal. Came back 20 minutes later and picked them up, only to take them home and find that the entire order was wrong. We didn't bother bringing them back. Very disappointing.

Came in for Chili but they aren't serving it anymore so decided to try Mexican Street Corn soup. It was ok. Was just in the nood for Chili. Had to wait on bread at the bread restaurant, lol.

This Panera is fabulous, always super fast and the food is great. The worst thing we have had to deal with is the parking lot that can get pretty full and missing like sauce or forks on a rare occasion but it is so rare it's still a 5 star.

Sent my brother yesterday to pick up some pastries as we had guests coming over. They dumped all of the delicate goods into a big paper bag that ended up all greasy and items crumbled in a big mess. $36 for a useless order that couldn't be served. Train your people to package items better Panera.
