After being disappointed by competitor smoothie chains, we decided to try PLANET SMOOTHIE…fantastic!!!! Fabulous additions offered at reasonable upcharge of only $1.50!!!! Whey protein, collagen, greens… Some of the recipes use orange sherbet which I tried and LOVED IT!! Sophia, fantastic employee very sweet and despite very few customers to serve, she kept herself busy with every bit of side work one can imagine (I wish she worked for me)

The place was packed and the young man working there was absolutely crushing it. Flying through orders and making delicious smoothies. He was kind and working his tail off. I haven’t seen someone work that hard in a long time. Way to go Planet Smoothie for finding such a great hire!

IF I CAN HELP OTHERS BY NOT SHOPPING WITH THE US 27 LOCATION IN THE PLAZA WITH JCPENNEY I REPEAT DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM THERE I GOT POISION AND ALOT VOMIT. THE YOUNG GUY WHO SERVES ME NEVER GAVE ME BAD SERVICE BUT 12/11 THIS PARTICULAR DAY WAS A WOMEN AND SHE HAD TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN I HAPPEN TO GET SICK. WILL NEVER EAT AT THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

I wanted a little something sweet that wasn't cake or ice cream sand opted for a well balanced smoothie. Well I gave the Captian Kid a go and well- let's just say- im a Planeteer (80s kid will get it) now because so freaking good!
The young human behind the counter was so pleasant and welcoming as I pondered the menu for a moment. I appreciated the personal suggestion and patience as I did not feel rushed at all even though there were two people in line behind me.
If you want a 'smooth'- ie experience, give this location a go!

The food is fine it's the managment. Don't have one person at the front . It doesn't flow well. Especially if they're new and learning . I've been here for 30 minutes with 1 person in front of me . And two mobile orders in between . Figure out the schedule please. I don't write reviews but I had time to since I've been waiting .

If I could give you guys for customer service a 0 I would be glad to do it. I came in there like a week ago to get me and my boyfriend a smoothie and they messed up his smoothie I asked "I would like a Mr mongo no strawberry's and extra banana and when the lady (who I found out to be the manager later on) made my smoothie made it wrong. I was already at my house when my boyfriend told me it was wrong and so I called and the little miss manger who gave me attitude from the start and told me that I can ether bring it in or not and she cant help me out" and I told her I'm not gonna be driving all the way out there for a smoothie when you she messed it up. So yesterday I went back in to ask her if she can get me a refund on that one smoothie and she's like do you have a receipt knowingly she never gave me a receipt ??♀️ so I said no I don't . And she's like well you need a receipt to get your money back, she made me another one (which I didn't want that I just wanted my money back). The point of this story is whoever the owner is need to get this "girl manger" a reality check or get her fired cause I Always go to you guys for the best smoothies but now I might just go to tropical smoothie instead. Shame ?
Was in the mood for a smoothie and glad I stopped in! Was a little hestitant about the price of $8.99 for a medium, fortunately I'd say worth it. I got the PBJ (strawberry, banana and peanut butter) and the blend of flavors was spot on. The size was very satisfying, 32oz for a medium, really felt like drinking a full meal. Already want to go back for another!

I gave a 1 star because I got my order on July 8th and when I opened the lid I noticed they had given me the wrong bowl. It was missing some ingredients and in addition there were blueberries which should not have been. I called right back and told the girl who answered the problem and told her I didn’t have time to come back but could I get it replaced next time because I couldn’t eat it since I’m allergic to blueberries. She said yes she would tell her manager and get it handled. I went into the store a few days later explained the situation and the girl was like well I can’t help you the manager isn’t here. Ok that’s fine I’ll pay the $15 and next time I’ll mention it when I come back. Today I went back and told the girl my name should be written down she looked through a couple papers on the counter and said idk but it’s $15. I said can you ask the manager, she said yeah I’ll text her. Proceeded to make my bowl and then gave it to me and said ok $15 I said did you text manager (knowing she didn’t because I could see her) she said I’m just gonna write your info down for the manager. She literally wrote down my name half way and pushed the paper to the side, clearly she didn’t care to help me whatsoever. I get it these are kids working but they need some training and manners.

I went to this location yesterday night and ordered a twig n berries which is not hard to mess up since is just a strawberry & banana smoothie. The smoothie was very runny & the staff member who attended me was very rude. When asked for my smoothie to be a bit thicker she refused to remake it for me and gave me attitude. 0/10 customer service, would NOT recommend this location.
