It was not busy when we went in. It was almost closing. The smoothies were good. We will be back. There are places to sit inside if you want or you can take it to go.

I went to this location yesterday night and ordered a twig n berries which is not hard to mess up since is just a strawberry & banana smoothie. The smoothie was very runny & the staff member who attended me was very rude. When asked for my smoothie to be a bit thicker she refused to remake it for me and gave me attitude. 0/10 customer service, would NOT recommend this location.

This is my first time at this particular Planet Smoothie, i normally visit the Altamonte location which has always been stellar. But, my experience with this location has made me question visiting Planet Smoothie ever again. Imani made my Smoothie and it was not blended properly and was less than full and very runny. Further, to add insult to injury there was the nasty part of the banana left in my Smoothie. The customer service at this location is terrible and the workspace appeared to be very unclean. 0/10 will not try again.

it’s disgusting how they treat their minor employees. There are 16 year old girls begging to have help closing alone scared for their safety at night when the manager (Imani which she needs to be written up to HR) is denying them and saying they staff as they see fit which is completely disgusting.If I could give her 0 stars on this review i would! They don’t give breaks to minors which is a LAW if working over a 4 hour shift, also rotten bananas are in the back covered with mold they have not disposed of in days. DO NOT GO HERE OR WORK HERE!!!

Of all the smoothie places to be put on my street, they pick this low end trash option. This isn't even fresh ingredients. It's just juice loaded with sugar and trash. I can't believe people actually go to this place. There are so many clean options nearby so hope this goes out of business and gets replaced with something better. What a waste of space.

If I could give less than 1star I would. I ordered a curbside order since I had my two babies in the car. I was told when I arrived that she could not bring my order out because she had to help customers in the store first. Was I not a paying customer? They already charged my credit card to which I said I would wait (she hung up on me on the phone) but 15 minutes had passed and new customers were walking in and she still had not brought out my order. I called back and asked for a manager to which she said her name was Imani and she was the manager and could not refund my order and proceeded to hang up on me again. Don’t waste your time or money on a place that has no problem treating customers so poorly and disrespectfully.
The girl making smoothie was talking on her ear buds the whole time. She didn't make enough smoothie for the 2 smoothies ordered so she just added two extra ingredients. I had to ask her to re-make it as this would have changed the macro ratios.

For years I’ve come to this location and my smoothies never taste as they should. Today I ordered protein, banana, pb, vanilla, oats. It taste like straight water and ice with protein. It’s usually a more caramel color and not white. Winter Garden Village PS is the jam. Please step up your game. No one wants to be the j*** who has to ask for it to be made over.

I hate this store! I walk into the store immediately greeted by Angelina, she starts making fun of my very distinct features, calling me a puffer fish & a wrench, I don’t have time for little teens, so I proceeded to laugh it off & order. I ordered my smoothie & Angelina goes, “Anything else you fat hippo?”, I ask for extra strawberries. As she looked at me smugly, I get my stuff & I pay, she charged my credit 2x regardless of me buying only one smoothie, as I was drinking it at the gym I sucked up something through the straw, & it was thick & mucussy…IT WAS A LOUGIE! I immediately threw it up, I know this has to do with Angelina…. STOP HIRING TH SE NO LIFE TEENS!

I came in to get a smoothie, & I was greeted by Angelina. She seems to be about 18 brunette, as soon as I began to order, she told me, “Go back to Mexico you border hopper”, & laughed away with her friends. I went through the drive through in hopes to be greeted by another worker, because I really wanted this smoothie, instead I was greeted by Angelina again & she threw the smoothie at my face staining my car & my face, I asked her what her problem is & she said, “Mexicans don’t belong here, you beaner”, proceeded to laugh away with her friends once more. She is lucky she is young, because my Army retired self would have brought this to court. Planet smoothie needs better management!
