Unfortunately, you see why red lobster is going out of business. They don’t invest any money on staffing. The bartender is super nice once he got around but multiple employees, including a manager, walked by me as I sat there for at least five minutes.

It's a good place for sea food and the price is a little high for what you get. Other then I still like there.

We Had Chad tonight.He was so professional from the first greeting.
I had said I was fussy about my salad.
And he personally took care of it & gave me the best salad ever.

I know this chain is dying a painful death. Most of it has nothing to do with the franchise owners. But I have never had a good lobster anywhere - nit blaming this location. Lobster is a rip-off to me. Others enjoy it immensely, of course. I wish the owners and staff a lot of luck. Service was freat, but we found it more expensive than expected. Three people, andvit was north of $111.

Tried to order 45 minutes before their stated restaurant close and curbside end time. Was told that they are no longer taking orders because the kitchen has closed early.

I used to love red lobster in my younger years, but it’s been declining ever since I rarely ever take a chance on ordering and the order today solidified why. I got the shrimp special (pick 3 for $20) and chose the dragon shrimp which are sauces shrimp. In the deal you only get 5, understandable it’s a specialty item however mine had no sauce. With this quality I would’ve went with fried shrimp and got more. There was no way this was tossed in anything other than green onions.
