I wish I would have taken pictures. The the lobster feast is no feast... I ordered the Lobster Feast 2 Lobsters. One of them was maybe 2oz and was over cooked. I have had shrimp bigger.The other was maybe 3 1/2 ounces and was under cooked. Also I waited at least 45mins for nothing but disappointment. It sould be a crime to have adds showing lobsters as at least 8oz. Total bait and switch. Don't look for me,I will never be back....Service was also lacking alot...

Curbside pick up. Was forty minutes late. Because they forgot to bring it out to me. Even though I called twice asking them where my food was As I sat in the parking lot. When I went inside the Hostess responded " oh no one brought it out yet"...so my food sat under the Lights,for forty minutes. When I complained that I did not want cold lobster tail. The manager didn't even have the decency to apologize, or offer to make a fresh order. (Which Might have Defused the situation No one in their right mind wants to pay forty five dollars for Cold lobster tail).NO instead ?She handed me my cash refund, which was less than the amount I even paid. ??? I had to show her the amount deducted from my bank account. Not exactly the way customer service should be handled by a manager. And I guess she didn't like that.I told her a manager should behave differently. Cause then she told me to" Have a nice walked out the door". Red Lobster in Clermont fl. Please teach your managers how to be respectful and professional.

When someone calls and as the manager can they hold your left over lobster tail and broccoli for the next day they should tell the truth. If I known they was not allowed to hold it I would have drove back to get it. My left over food was barely touched.?

Waited 20 minutes before we got our drink order. Food came out almost the same time. Ordered another drink while waiting for a to go order and the food came out first. Waitress “forgot to get it”. Then had to wait another 10 minutes after our to go order was done to get the bill. Asked to speak to the manager and was told we would have to wait for that too. All I wanted to even say was that the waitress needed some help in her section. The food itself was great and the waitress was super nice just way over worked.

So I'm allergic to seafood they have tmreally good steak. I got the ny strip itnwas done the way I wanted it and cooked on a different grill from what they said.. I didn't get sick so I think they did.
