“Thank you to John, the owner of Beef O Brady's in Clermont for renewing my faith in the great food and wonderful service at this restaurant.
After a not so good experience, recently, I posted a not so wonderful review.
In John's defense, he was out of town and didn't know about it, until he read my review.
He was not happy about it, and offered to make it right. He replaced my meal, and promised the issue would never happen again.
I believe that is how a good business operates. I will definitely keep Beef O Brady's as one of my favorite places to eat.

“Had a fantastic time tonight! Erika was our server- she was attentive, knowledgeable and FAST! She made sure we were able to see the game we came in to watch and gave us some great information about some of the menu changes!!! We will be back!“
