“First time this week while on vacation which turned into a second time yesterday. Food is top shelf and service is great. Highly recommend and I know we will be back when in Orlando in the future“

“A lovely quiet resort, immaculately presented and close to Disney Springs. We had a studio which was great for our family, really spacious. Lots of storage and useful kitchenette. Daily housekeeping was great, plentiful supply of towels, coffee, soaps etc. Wider resort was lovely to walk around. We were in Paddock which is a good distance between the main springs area and Disney springs. The pool area in paddock has a slide and kids splash park with a great bar, which has a drinks station for resort mugs open till 10. Buses were not full as we were on stop 3, not far to walk to our room in block 5. Used the artists palette for a few supplies and one breakfast. Nice but there were better quick serve food selections in non DVC resorts. All staff were great, quick to help and made our stay a breeze. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend, but more resorts to try out yet.“

“Finally back in Florida after a couple of months and I just knew I had to come back to this location to see Kevin P.. Just like last time he was very attentive, quick, and friendly. He answered any questions I had about the menu, brought my food out quick, made sure my cup was full, and really brightened up the environment. “On vacation from Arkansas and was looking forward to trying this place. We were not disappointed. I had the lobster, crab, and shrimp boil with potatoes and corn. Every bite was delicious. “I had an amazing stay over spring break. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the buses were timely. I especially enjoyed the extended evening hours at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT since Shades of Green is considered a deluxe resort.“

“This is a really relaxed, fun place to gather with friends for pool and some drinks/apps. No one there was remotely pretentious or intimidating, so it's perfect for beginners and pros alike. Nice selection of seasonal and craft beers and a great variety music (everything from reggae to country to hip-hop)! We will definitely be back!“

“We called ahead with a very large party and they were on the ball and handled our crowd exceptionally! Link, Wesley, and Laura were patient with us and brought refills for our refreshments as we waited on our food. The cooks kept the food coming. All the food was correct and hot as it came to our table. The staff had smiles the whole time and even cracked a few jokes with us too!“

“Cat-tails is an awesome poolside bar and restaurant at Rosen Shingle Creek resort in Orlando! The pools side menu is phenomenal. They offer something for everyone from burgers and chicken tender to a hummus plate and a super grain bowl! It is all amazing……. But…. Yes, unfortunately there is a but….. they took probably the most amazing sandwich that I ( and I can speak for may others after speaking to other guest ) have ever had off of the menu! Disappointed is not a strong enough adjective to say how sad we were when we went to go order one on our first day here to find out it was gone!!!!! We brag all year long to our friends back home at just how incredibly delicious this darn chicken sandwich is and how much we look forward to having it year after year when we come to RSC…….. so RSC, we are begging you to please bring back the crispy chicken sandwich at Cat-tails! Thank you“

“For a hotel bar, it was top notch. They had food and drink with options for all types of eaters including vegan fare. The food was tasty and I would highly recommend.Nick our server was very enthusiastic and had good suggestions for food and drink.“

“Good atmosphere, plenty of Tv's to watch all sports. Bar and high top table seating. 4 pool tables, a Golden Tee, and Touch Tunes music. Most of the time the Bartender chooses a stream music station and so far they have excellent taste.

“These reviewers need to get over themselves. The food and drinks are decent with high prices and built in gratuity. We got the Longboard burger, Asian salad, kids hot dogs and some drink buckets and everyone liked the food.

The food was passable and service was good. Take the reviews with a grain of salt and accept you will get an ok/decent lunch with resort prices.“
