I placed an order online at 8:34 PM and arrived at the location to pick it up. After waiting until 9:09PM nearly 45 minutes I still hadn't received my order. During that time, I noticed that several people who arrived after me were served promptly, while my food was nowhere to be seen. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to ask for a refund and leave. What made the experience even worse was that the manager didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely never return. 12/13/25 never received my refund 🤬

Steak and shake is nothing like it was back in the day.
This location is really great. We go often and the service is spot on. Drive thru is very quick which is nice. It's locally owned and you can tell the owners care and take pride in this location.

Not sure why they have the rating they do. I personally had a wonderful experience yesterday.
I went in, asked to pay cash, they directed me to the self pay that takes cash, I ordered the #1 with a milkshake since I already had some lemonade with me. Everything was delicious.
The employees are very nice and welcoming. My opinion is that Steak 'N Shake tastes better and is less expensive than 5 Guys.
