Tijuana Flats is a restaurant that offers a mixed experience. While some staff members, such as the girl who took orders and the young lady who waited on customers, provide excellent customer service, others could care less about orders. The atmosphere is lacking, with dim lights, sticky floors, and limited outdoor seating. The food, however, has its highlights, with a blackened chicken salad being particularly delicious. However, some customers have reported receiving less-than-full fillings in their tacos and being charged extra for hot sauce, leading to a disappointing experience.
