I was greeted by a very nice young lady at the drive thru. She took my order, then, I was met by a young lady named heaven at the window. She was very polite and friendly and had my food ready to go As soon as I pulled up. Great service all around.

Anthony! Thank you so much for being VERY patient and helpful with us. It’s the first time for me and my mom at Zaxbys, it won’t be the last! Thank you for suggesting what sauces goes well with our orders. 10/10 for my order, loved the Zax sauce, it went sooo well with the fries. My order usually served plain, I’ve decided to add pickles, lettuce, and American cheese. We initially wanted it to go, then we made a last minute decision and dinned in. The store was clean and it was quiet, it was around 8:30 pm. Overall, I will be returning and looking forward to try other items from the menu.

These guys are awesome. Great food and service, but even better, honest good people working there! I left my wallet there and 2 days later when I realized it, to my surprise, they had found and saved it, and all of the cash was still there!

Google maps says that they close at 11 pm, but the restaurant area for dine in closes at 10pm, I saw 3 customers arriving at 1 or 2 minutos before 10 pm and they were sent to the drive through.

Ordered on the app for curbside take out. The app said my order would be ready by 7:01PM. I noticed at that time they had a line at the drive through which usually makes the curbside orders take a few minutes longer. After waiting until 7:18PM I decided to walk inside to see what was taking so long, only to discover that my order was sitting on the shelf as employees were walking right past it not bringing it curbside. Why make that the only option on the App if the staff won't honor it?

Very poor service from young staff not paying attention not caring busy talking to each other. Needs proper training in dealing with customers and needs to be a little bit more professional
