Make donuts fresh.
Smaller menu.
Focus on coffee and donuts.
I only go in the off times. I was a devotee for decades, now the lines keep me away. I don't mind a fast line, but cooking for a guest while others wait is too slow for me.
I miss you, but day old donuts and long lines to get them mean that you are off my Christmas list.🙁
