The male employee at the counter with the gray ponytail is extremely harsh and disrespectful toward customers. We were uncomfortable within the first few moments of entering once we heard the numerous shut downs from the employee when customers were ordering ahead of us. He had something to say about every single thing a customer tried to order and even told me he didn’t have chocolate dip for the dipped cones. This was honestly a terrible experience, and it had nothing to do with the ice cream itself — it was entirely due to the attitude of the employee working. An older gentleman with a ponytail was assisting customers, and from the moment we walked up, the interaction felt negative and unwelcoming.
