Delicious breakfast menu. Our food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was delicious and fresh.

Food quality was adequate, but not great, and a bit overpriced. Service was lethargic, at best.Parking: The parking lot is enormous.

Checked in at Hilton- been sitting and waiting for the waiter for 20 mins (before 9pm) to take our orders.. after 30 mins the waiter came and said they are closed… he say he didn’t see us- we are sitting next to table he’s taking orders.. called the manager “Gary” but did not do anything just to say they are closed. I don’t know why is that hard to tell people waiting that they already close and yet- seeing the entire situation that they just got the other group orders. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, I’m an Hilton honor member since 2014, never had bad experienced…I will never stay in this Hilton location!!!!

Service was a bit slow at first but once Julio came to greet us the experience improved right away! He was friendly and attentive.I recommend the breakfast buffet as you can get eggs cooked to order, pastries, fresh fruit, waffles, bacon and sausage, yogurt and oatmeal! This is a good place to start your day in Cocoa Beach ?

I don’t know how you can mess up oatmeal and sausage…. Like it was literally not edible. I don’t care if it’s good, i just eat food for fuel and wanted a pre work out breakfast but this was so repulsive. The oatmeal was like drinking a soup and i honestly don’t know if i’m going to get the stomach bug later or not from eating that sausage. I eat frozen sausage everyday for breakfast normally, and the frozen box or sausage is INFINITELY better than whatever the f!&$ i just tried consuming. I also tried Waves last night and got some fancy meal that was also just repulsive. Trust me, go ANYWHERE else that servers food. Go get that McGriddle, you’ll be much happier.

We've been waiting for 45 plus mins for a shrimp cocktail, tuna poke tacos, soup, crab cake and a kids meal. Absolutely pathetic, Hilton should be ashamed to have a restaurant with this kind of service in its hotel. Avoid at all cost. Order Uber eats instead.

I ordered through Uber Eats. When the U E driver arrived to pick up my order, Salt was closed. No where did the show that they were closed on Wednesday. I spoke with one of Salt’s associates. Even though they were closed, she told me they could give me two items on my order. Why 2 if they were closed. When I received the 2 items, they were so small for the $$$$ they charged me. I will never order from them again. Expensive, minimal amounts, and really not that good. I recommend you take your business elsewhere!

Some friends and myself made reservations at this restaurant going by the menu they have on their website. When we arrived they had a special menu for Christmas. The problem was they had no vegetarian entrees on the special menu. When we asked about vegetarian meals they said they had to cut the menu down because they were so busy (which makes sense) BUT they should of at least left one vegetarian/vegan entree on the special menu. They only had bread and salad. The waitress was very nice but this was very frustrating as there were not many places to eat on Christmas. We would have made sure we went somewhere to accommodate our eating needs had we of known. They need to do better

Had made the reservation on open table - got to the restaurant to find out they closed on sundays & Monday's - when I asked why they allow reservations on closed days - they informed me they don't use open table and don't take reservations- so we were stuck ended up eating bar food at a tiki bar as could not get any nicer restaurant last minute

This was the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. I have worked in the industry and we are Silver Level frequent flyers at Hilton. We ate on the later side, and were our waiter Chase’s only customers. Chase seemed harried and more interested in his side work than in us. My husband decided to spend the extra money and ordered the Grouper. I ordered the buratta, no pepper, no arugula. We waited quite a bit for our meal. Chase said the buratta was holding up the meal. Weird, since buratta doesn’t need to be cooked. The hubby’s grouper arrived on a very hot plate, which means it was sitting under the heat lamps and was over cooked and over salted. He should have sent it back as it was mostly inedible. My buratta arrived with pepper and with arugula. Chase should have corrected this before the plate ever left the kitchen, but corrected this quickly, when he realized his mistake upon serving it. When we very politely expressed our disappointment to Chase about the Grouper, he told us he would tell the chef. We got no apology, no response from the chef or Chase. We were disgusted and disappointed with the entire experience. Salt had good reviews so we hope this is an aberration.

We had our wedding reception dinner here. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the whole place to ourselves since this was before Salt recently opened up to the public once again. I would highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a nice dining experience right by the beach.
