While attending a board meeting I had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious starters. They became my meal as I was full. Lol.The atmosphere is really cool like an upscale bar with a 5 star restaurant. The motifs nest with the Waves and color of the tile and lights. Windows all around to enjoy the mangroves and blue sky. I started with an Old Fashioned followed by a grilled Caesar with bread crumbs and anchovies. Really nice layers of flavor. Cocktails were excellent. Food was perfect and Julio our waiter was such a pleasant soul. This dining experience enhanced our stay at the Hilton. Compliments to the chef and staff!!!

The ambience was very chill and the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a Rib Eye and let me tell you, it was cooked to perfection, so tender and juicy! Marlene took care of me and she was fabulous! She made me the most amazing espresso martini!
