The Cocoa Beach cafe is my very favorite one in Brevard County and I’ve been to all of them. Staff is so personable and service is excellent!

This Starbucks Coffee Company has seen mixed experiences. The service has greatly improved for some, with a morning barista who was so welcoming, kind, and friendly, even at 6 in the morning, giving wonderful recommendations. Another customer enjoyed a fast drink from the drive through that came exactly as ordered, with a smiley face drawn on the cup in sharpie, which was a personal touch that made the morning. The location is consistently the fastest on mobile order turnaround time, with super friendly staff who always greet customers regardless of the day or time. However, challenges include a postage stamp of a property where the drive in line interferes with the parking lot or spills into the street. Other experiences were disappointing. One customer faced a rude and dismissive staff member at the drive thru who was combative about a nut allergy notation, showing a lack of concern for customer safety. Another noted an incorrect order where a half decaf request was not noted on the screen, and the drink had regular espresso. The cooperation should make it easy with SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE sizes, not tall or grande.
