As tourists visiting Cocoa Beach from Canada, our meal at Fat Snook was the highlight of our trip. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We shared various starters, entrees, and desserts - everything was delicious. Also, the dishes were unique - the scallop dish with candied bacon and the roasted raisin salad were innovative and highly impressive. The prices were fair for the quality of the food and service.A special shout out to our server, Casey, who was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and charming. He made the experience even more special.Overall, a very memorable meal. Thank you to the staff at Fat Snook. If you’re looking for a nicer meal in the Cocoa Beach area, give this a try; you won’t be disappointed!

Great food, period. We ordered crab croquettes with chopped vegetables, beet and goat cheese salad and Caribbean corn bread for appetizers. Scrummy. My wife had the market special which was a beautifully presented halibut on herb risotto and I had the Thai steak salad. Only wine, beers and soft drinks available - no spirits - but the iced tea with mango or raspberry syrup suited me fine. I think you could really order anything and be delighted. Prices were more than fair for such fresh and willt presented food.

Fine dining is not . We dressed up and we were the only ones . Food is delicious but far from fine dining.

It's been a year since we were at Fat Snook, and this experience was nothing like our first. First off the oysters were underwhelming. Pineapple and oysters just didn't make it....No cocktail sauce available if you want it. Crab cake croquettes were very good. Pasta cavatelli was good, but too much garlic. Beet salad was good. Mussels over mashed potatoes was very soupy and was not good. The smallish halibut was cooked perfectly but the accompanying risotto was too salty and too garlicky again., and for $58 not worth it. We did share a great bottle of Chablis for $114 which saved the night! I normally never comment on a meal but I thought I had too. The service by Meagan was spot on, and possibly our expectations were too high from our first experience.

We had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary. The food was delicious and very creative - probably the best meal I've had in a long while. The prices are a little steep, but this is a quality dining experience. Our server, Tanner was the best! Just a gem of a restaurant in Cocoa Beach!

Truly Outstanding! This is a delightful little restaurant with an inspired menu of wonderfully creative dishes. The chef is brilliant and her creations are well-balanced, delicious, and a delight to look at. Our server, Tanner, was exceptional in his knowledge of the menu and promptness in service. During our dinner, the restaurant was full and yet I could see everyone receiving prompt, attentive service. This place runs with efficiency, but does not feel rushed. Absolutely worth the drive to enjoy this gem! Oh, and they do an epic key lime pie <wink>

The dining experience at Fat Snook is always exceptional. The flavors explode in your mouth in just the right way. The staff is attentive and expertly time the courses. Thanks Casey!! The crab sticks with jalapeno Jam, market catch 2 and key lime pie were our favorites!

I've always been a BIG Fat Snook fan, but tonight I was less than impressed with their duck, which is my top dish there and have seen many iterations of it over the years. Tonight's duck was swimming in a mash and was skimpy on the quantity. It was still very good, but I left feeling a bit underfed and their price on the duck has gone up about 33% in the last year. Also we had a 7pm res on a Sunday night and two of their apps that we chose were both gone by then so had to settle for runner-ups, which my wife did not like (mushroom bisque). All in all, not a great nite. My wine & our excellent server Kevin kindof saved it for us...

Love how quaint this restaurant is! Lovely ambience. Food was so delicious- we had the blue crab special which was crab cakes with chow chow and horseradish cream, cavatappi with mushrooms and shrimp and scallops with dirty rice and key lime pie. Each dish was well prepared and presented. I did feel like the crab cakes needed just a bit more seasoning other than that delicious. Our server was well informed and very good at his job, not to mention a very nice guy! Will definitely go back
