As tourists visiting Cocoa Beach from Canada, our meal at Fat Snook was the highlight of our trip. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Great food, period. We ordered crab croquettes with chopped vegetables, beet and goat cheese salad and Caribbean corn bread for appetizers. Scrummy.My wife had the market special which was a beautifully presented halibut on herb risotto and I had the Thai steak salad.
