Although I have lived in Brevard County since 2011, this is my 1st trip to this iconic Space Coast tourist trap (in the good way). Dixie Crossings, you're next! We have been going here for years. We had the pleasure of bringing D and V, our grandchildren for lunch today along with a airboat ride. Thanks to Captain Kenny and Denise, D and V said it was a lot of fun seeing the alligators, cows, etc. up close and that you made it a great experience for them. Thanks!!
Laid back, open air, keeping it simple. Get you some fried food right on the water. Gator was well fried and seasoned, but be prepared, it’s a little chewy. Goes very well with the sauce, not even sure what it’s called but don’t care. Catfish was very tasty, fries were well fried and crispy. Some flies and birds may come visit, but it’s all good. Don’t go too fast on those Cutwater vodka drinks!
