About Papasan's Vietnamese Cafe

Papasan's Vietnamese Cafe, located in Cocoa by the water tower, offers a variety of Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices. The restaurant is known for its fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. Popular menu items include the Pho, tofu appetizer, and papasan platter, all highly praised for their taste and quality. The newly introduced vegan pho has been particularly well-received, featuring a wide variety of vegetables, tofu, vegan ham, and vegan beef, alongside fresh sides like basil leaves and jalapeño peppers. The spring rolls remain a must-try, considered some of the best by customers. Service is consistently described as friendly and attentive, with quick service even during busy times. Some visitors from regions with many Vietnamese restaurants, like Houston, have noted differences in certain dishes, such as the Pho, compared to their local standards. Despite this, the restaurant maintains a high rating due to the overall positive dining experience and excellent vegan options. The exterior may look rough, but the quality food and abundance of parking make it worth a visit.

The meat in my Pho tasted old an was hidden below a couple of pieces that actually tasted fresher. the noodles and broth were decent but the employees said their manager was off today. my wife got the bun bowl and said her meat was also bad. short ribs came out fresh and the chicken fried rice was not good. overall $75 that could of been better spent at Pho95
