The ice creams are good, but the attention from the lady who served us was bad. Not very communicative, she doesn't even thank me for the tip I gave her, the place should offer more decoration inside to make it more welcoming for customers, there was a strange smell which was not pleasant, poor ventilation. The prices are ok but I would have preferred to buy the ice cream at the store across the street...

Friday was our first visit and our last. The staff was very unwelcoming and the cream tasted old. Our children didn’t even finish their scoops, and we all tossed our ice cream away after a few bites. My husband ordered a milkshake and it literally just looked like a cup of chocolate milk. I hope the owner reads the 1 star reviews and decides to make some changes. The 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. A total waste of money. I suggest you go elsewhere for ice cream.

I would not recommend this ice cream shop. I went in to celebrate for a birthday with children and the lady who was behind the counter was very unwelcoming. I know it can be a little overwhelming when children walk in and want to try the flavors but she was very unfriendly. There was so music. Limited amount of seating. No where to wash off sticky hands. Expensive. Would not be going back. Next time we will go across the street to Ossorio!!

Save your money and time by NOT going to this ice cream shop. The lady serving the ice cream was so hostile and rude. Bluebell ice cream is good but this stuff was freezer burnt. You are better off buying a gallon of ice cream and ice cream cones from Publix for better quality and experience. 10/10 DO NOT Recommend.

Horrible two teenage kids working there being rude to a pregnant women. My ice cream tasted sour like gone bad,so I asked for a change or a refund. They said they wouldn’t do either. That I’d be charged again and that it’s the owners policy.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! This day when I went to the Village Ice Cream & Sandwich Shop was a blessing! It was so hot this day and I really wanted some ice cream to cool down.I was on Rt.1 in Melbourne & headed north. I asked Google for ice cream shops nearby? The first place that came up was a place that only had soft-serve ice cream. Soft-serve is ok, but I really wanted butter pecan. At that point I remembered the ice cream shop in Cocoa Village and it was on my way home. The young man who was working that day made my day! I asked for butter pecan, because I didn't see it in the case. He found a tub of butter pecan in the freezer. I got a 2 scoop cone and went on my way! He truly made my day!...... Thanks

Very good. Had a unique flavor which I had never had before, Oatmeal Cookie Pie. It was very good. Good service and very good ice cream.
