Stopped in to try it & it's a cute little ice cream stop.
However, it isn't ADA accessible so if someone in a wheelchair or w a disability wanted to stop by, they couldn't since there's several violations. Many ice cream options & the girl who took our order was very nice.

Sweet Caroline’s Village Ice Cream is a nice clean place with a few tables inside. They carry Blue Bell ice cream and a gelato from Orlando, with so many options to choose from. Specific flavors like the Coffee Chocolate Chip, Krazy Kolors, and Black Cherry Ice cream are fantastic and super good. The service is quick, reliable, and patient, helping large groups get exactly what they want, including sugar free ice cream. The location allows you to eat your ice cream watching the ocean or walk around with the natural environment. However, they can sometimes be closed for restocking breaks, during which service is not present. When open, they have good ice cream and good service.
