My family Visited with 4 children … the young man that was behind the counter was very rude not friendly at all. We always try to support local business but will not return to spend here. Please train your employees on how to greet and treat customers politely. It i s not too much to ask someone to be friendly at an ice cream shop of all places. We choose to no longer spend time and money in unwelcoming spaces.
young lady was very rude to numerous customers including me on 12-12-21
We were there between 7-730 and she told me she had to finish cleaning while I waited to place an order. Her attitude leaves MUCH to be desired and she needs training in customer service.
I've been coming here for 30 years and my family had just ordered many cones ,she was rude to them as well.

However, they can sometimes be closed for restocking breaks, during which service is not present. When open, they have good ice cream and good service.
