Yesterday at around 5:05pm I walk in and order a small hot coffee and a Bavarian cream donut. The young thin African American man touched like 4 powdered filled donuts to make sure it was the right one, then when he realized that it was not what I wanted, it was placed back! I told him that is illegal and anti-hygienic. I plan on reporting it to the state for lack of hygiene.

Employees are either high or intentionally malicious. Ordered ice cream and banana splits via UberEATS- ALL flavors and toppings were wrong and banana splits didn't have any banana! # of scoops and ice creams were correct so this tells me it was intentional. I grew up with BR but I'll never be back after this. Hire better people and pay them more or you'll keep losing customers... I can see from other recent reviews that I'm not the only one with this experience this week!

We would give negative stars if we could… we ordered $60 USD worth of ice cream and they all came incorrectly. Our banana splits didn’t have bananas and all our our toppings and ice creams didn’t even exist… all of it was just vanilla or chocolate or some kind of blue ice cream. I’m guessing the people working there are super high. Ridiculous. Don’t ever go here.

Update: after submitting the review below, I took a sip of my coffee. It was terrible. :-(Don't know if the gentleman today in the white hair/beard in the black Dunkin polo is the manager or owner, but I actually won't revisit this location because of him. Super unfriendly, won't make eye contact, and won't respond when you say "excuse me?". Not a good look. Clearly more concerned with keeping his focus and flow and not the needs of his customers. People never feel good about giving you their money if you make them feel like they're bothering you. Going to find a franchisee who actually focuses on customer care and values positive interactions.

Ripoff. Got 2 everything bagels and asked for extra butter so it wouldn't be dry. Was charged an extra $1.50 each so now a $4+ bagel. Upon opening the bagels they still just had a very thin layer of some kind of canola oil mystery spread. Probably the same as everyone would get. The bagel itself was small, too dense, and slightly wet. While waiting, I saw one employee reach into the pre-cooked egg tray with bare hands while another dropped a bagel but caught it against his pant leg. Still put it in the bag. Avoid.

This place is terrible. They had to make my drink 2 times, I sat there for 30 minutes while they were talking and not checking up on my sandwich that got burnt. Do not go here the atmosphere sucks and the workers will look at you like they hate you.

Incompetent, rude, and ignorant workers. Took them over 30 minutes to make my sandwich and they burnt it and they remade my drink three separate times. Asked for an iced matcha latte and the last one they made ended up having matcha chunks floating all around my drink. I would understand most of this if they were busy but my wife and I were the only people in there and the staff were horseplaying and lolly gagging the whole time. Never coming here again

The cashier just looked at us, didn't speak, we gave our orders. It was so weird. The men's bathroom was appalling. Tree bark like poo remnants and stains on the toilet, in a restaurant where food is made! It was worse than a gas station bathroom. Yikes.

Went in on a Friday about 5:30 PM. Went to the freezer for one of their Icecream pies. Found the freezer was empty. I asked if there were any ice cream pies in the back of the store. They replied yes there were. They brought me one. I paid for it and left the store. I arrived at my function and found the box had to be torn open. Apparently the pie had melted, I assume the freezer had failed (that's why in was empty) and they moved all the product to alternate freezer, where everything was refrozen. When I was able to open the box, I found the pie had melted and spread all around the inside if the box. I went back went back a week or so later (when back in the area) and asked for the manager. I was told there wasn't a manager on site. I asked for the person in charge. A young lady told me she was in charge. I told her my story and she said that she would have to contact the "Owner". After texting the owner I waited for about 15 minutes for the owner to call the store. Through the manager, First the owner said that I had waited too long to report the problem. I explained that I wasn't in the area often. Then the owner apparently told the manager to have me stop back in about 2 weeks when the "Big Boss" was in town. I told them to forget about it and that I wouldn't be returning and I would share this experience with everyone I could. By the way, the freezer was still empty (broken down) at the time I visited the store to resolve the issue. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, all over a $20.00 ice cream pie. SHAME ON YOU!

They need to do better. Coolers don’t work. One is empty. Not enough flavors. The other one the Cream is soft.Customer Service- Excellent!Not their fault management doesn’t buy a new cooler!

Absolutely gross place, don't know how people can be so unprofessional and dirty. Touching donuts with hand, using disgusting paper towels . A major health code violation.

Just placed an order on DoorDash from this place. They didn’t have any ice creams to make my order and the person that was there was extremely rude to my DoorDash driver.Don’t waste your time. There’s many other places with delicious ice cream and good customer service.
