First time visit at this location.
I can see the good heart begin the service that at first seemed concerning just based on the welcoming attitudes, but the person who was cleaning the floor didn't Wash his hands and then went on to handle the dessert ice cream. This is the problem, it's not hygienic to do this without washing hands or using fresh gloves and that needs to change.
