Ripoff. Got 2 everything bagels and asked for extra butter so it wouldn't be dry. Was charged an extra $1.50 each so now a $4+ bagel. Upon opening the bagels they still just had a very thin layer of some kind of canola oil mystery spread. Probably the same as everyone would get. The bagel itself was small, too dense, and slightly wet. While waiting, I saw one employee reach into the pre-cooked egg tray with bare hands while another dropped a bagel but caught it against his pant...read full review

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for about a year and they are super efficient and I’d say they deliver with 95% accuracy. I’ve maybe had one or two issues with orders out of dozens. Pretty good track record. I’ll be back soon!

This location use to be great under last management....5/5Now barely a 3/5.....Horrible service from staff and unacceptable attitude from staff.....if you're working in customer service you need to have interpersonal skills and attention to details.....This location is 4 blocks away from my home and I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years but after today I will no longer be going there.....Too bad Maria is no longer in charge, she was everything for that location....very...read full review
