I truly love this place BUT there is one thing that makes my stomach turn and it’s the employees hair being so close to the prep area. Some of the girls have long hair and I saw the hair touch the boards when leaning into the ice cream and ice cream itself while preparing. Hair should be tied to the back or asked to wear a hair net.

Went there this past weekend. Ordered the deck the Halls ice cream and while it tasted it good. I am sure there were things missing as what I got did not look anything like what was pictured. It was just chocolate ice cream and maybe kitkat candy bar or something to that effect. Not a good representation of what they offer.

Rushed over during winter break because my 6 year old daughter wanted ice cream. Arrived at 10:22p just to find both doors locked with a group of people being served and employees ignoring us at the door. Closing time clearly stated 10:30p

Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Stood in line to purchase ice cream for my son and was ignored. When I ask to speak with store manager several attendants showed up while she stayed in the back. Do not recommend this store. Cold Stone has lost a customer.

I ordered an everybody tub of cheese cake fantasy, delivery. It was basically a plain ice cream that had very little of the mix ins that should have been included. What a disappointment!! I quess in person is the only way to get the correct order.

Placed an onlone order for a pickup, called to confirm the order, was placed on hold for 15 mins then got disconnected. Bunch of young girls. Poor service for a store that was empty. 1 server was very helpful.

I ordered apple pie and while the picture advertised looked very tasty, what I got was a cup of melted ice cream dripping all down the sides and when I questioned why it didn’t look anything like the photo, the young girl said it won’t look exactly like the picture. I then said it looks nothing like the picture ?

I order the three of the same item through Grubhub. When the order arrived I was beyond words. The order did not even resemble what I saw in the menu. I ate something very tasty but do not what I ate. Nonetheless, never again. I will include picture for comparison. I don’t think I will ever pay $10 for one of the ice cream I received.

Today I ordered 2 large cups of mixed ice cream to go (COLD STONE AT PROMENADE) Coconut Creek … to go .. when I got home .. my husband found 2 long hairs in his … the girl who mixed it had long hair .. this is outrageous !! They need to put a hat or something .. im not happy at all .. this is my favorite ice cream !!! Can’t believe i have to write a bad review just because an employee was very careless about food preparation !!
