Today I ordered 2 large cups of mixed ice cream to go (COLD STONE AT PROMENADE) Coconut Creek … to go .. when I got home .. my husband found 2 long hairs in his … the girl who mixed it had long hair .. this is outrageous !! They need to put a hat or something .. im not happy at all .. this is my favorite ice cream !!! Can’t believe i have to write a bad review just because an employee was very careless about food preparation !!

If I could leave zero star I would, very rude manager. We placed an order for a large cake 11/20/23, an employee called us later on in the day to let us know they didn’t have the large cake, but they had a small one. They would reimburse us and we could pick up the small one and pay for it when we picked it up. My mother’s 73 birthday is today 11/21/23 she only likes the cake we had ordered, and naturally I go to pick it up. I’m told by an employee there’s no cake we ordered, and that’s ones we wanted are all sold out (large and small). The manager says that I can pick out any of the other cakes, so I leave and let my wife know since she’s the one that did the ordering. My wife calls to speak to the manager which is extreme rude to her, and hangs up on my wife. So my wife calls back, and she’s rude again. The managers poor communication with her employees is clear example of how this encounter went. Someone should have let us know ahead of time that a cake was not available, or the small one that they told us was available should have been put on hold like in any normal situation. What a poor excuse for a manager, and the way it was handled

Cold Stone Creamery is large store with a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors, toppings, ice cream cakes & prepackaged ice cream neatly displayed in cases. They also have milkshakes, smoothies, and signature creations. There's a couple of seats if you want to chill and enjoy your sweet treat.A nice female employee greeted me and applied the offer to my order of a Love It rum raisin mixed with peanuts and coconut. Though the prices have increased, the ice cream was creamy and tasty.

After searching on Yelp for the nearest location, it led me to Promenade at Coconut Creek.This plaza is huge with many apparel & accessories stores, restaurants, specialty stores, beauty & wellness stores, and two 3-level parking garages on the north and south side; as well as parking spaces throughout. Found a directory map while on foot which guided me to Cold Stone Creamery.The store is large with a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors, toppings, ice cream cakes & prepackaged ice cream neatly displayed in cases. The staff was good, nothing special but the place was a little busy for it being 9:00 pm on a Sunday ( will not affect the review ) it’s just for reference. Not so decent pricing and the ice cream is alright but nothing special. If you looking for a typical place with nothing special, this is the spot for you.

Convenient location, but outdated. They don’t accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Tap To Pay. They don’t accept bills larger than $20. It’s like they don’t want people buying. Plus the personality of the employee was non-existent. I could feel her eyes rolling. She looked like a hostage.

Honestly, the ice cream here is no where near the value for the price I was charged. I got the cake batter signature flavor and paid over $11 for a halfway filled, soggy waffle cone. By the time the ice cream was served to me it was half melted. Save your money and go elsewhere. The picture below is what it looked like before eating from it.
