Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

I enjoy being a Cooper's Hawk member but besides the delicious food, great wine selection and tasting, Shawn or Sean (Sorry not sure how to spell his name) who usually works in the pick up / wine tasting area makes me feel very valued when i visit and he alwaysss takes care of me with a smile! Honey Shawn deserves a raise at this location, sometimes the wine tasting area is paccckedd on the weekends/evenings so I wouldnt suggest it if you are trying to get in and out however, Shawn never seems overwhelmed and is not rushing you regardless of the atmosphere. I truly feel valued when I come here and that is definitely all thanks to Shawn and of course thanks to the kitchen staff, I haven't had a bad meal here yet, or a bad glass of wine :)

The ladies at the bar at RA Sushi Plantation are the reason this visit stood out. Shoutout to Sandy in particular — she greeted me with a huge, genuine smile and was attentive to everything I needed from start to finish. That kind of warm, effortless hospitality is rare and deserves to be recognized. Great food, even better service. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be sitting at that bar again. 🙏

Jomeris quite literally made this evening perfect. She had such a bright spirit, took exceptional care of us, and inspired me to sign up for the wine club membership again! Highly recommend the bar at Cooper’s Hawk for a wonderful girl’s night!

My family and I were honestly at the point of canceling our wine club membership because our experiences at Cooper’s Hawk had become so consistently disappointing. Over the last five visits, the service was poor, servers were often inattentive, and the food quality was extremely inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I had to send meals back because they arrived cold or simply did not taste fresh.

Then we had the pleasure of being served by Ross C., and he completely changed our perspective.

Ross was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our experience from start to finish. He checked in regularly without being intrusive, answered every question we had, made excellent recommendations, and ensured everything came out correctly. Thanks to him, I had the best meal I’ve ever had at Cooper’s Hawk.

For the first time in a long time, we left feeling like valued guests rather than an afterthought. Ross’s level of service reminded us why we joined the wine club in the first place and is the reason we’ve decided to continue our membership.

Ross C. is an absolute asset to Cooper’s Hawk. We will likely be requesting him for future reservations because he restored our confidence in the restaurant and showed us what the experience should be. Thank you, Ross, for turning around what had become a very frustrating series of visits.
