Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Coconut Creek

Heard so many great things about this place. We recently moved to Creek from Deerfield and are trying out different places. We had a reservation, still had to wait, and then finally got seated at a weird, tiny table in the middle of the oddly set-up dining room next to a partition, which was very cramped and not very comfortable. We would have asked to be moved if the hostess hadn’t immediately bolted after seating us, but I don’t think it would have mattered, because they way the acoustics are set up I’m sure it would have been annoyingly loud wherever we were sat. Which we did. For well over 20 minutes. No server even acknowledged us. Not an, “I’ll be right with you”, nothing. As someone who has been in the business, at least a nod or a word goes a long way. I understand that if it’s busy that the standard two minute drink order may not always be possible, but after being blatantly ignored for that long we got up and walked out and went to Ethos where at least we know the food and service is consistent and good. This was a couple months ago but I just came across it and was reminded of how they wasted our time that night, especially as we were leaving and we told the other hostess it was because the server never came and she just replied, “Oh.” Pretty sad.

Restaurant is very loud. Hostess was lovely and seated us immediately. Waitress was not friendly did not engage with us. Seemed bothered to be there.

We had a dinner party of six. Everyone was delighted with the food, the waiter (Ross), the wine, everything!

We had a great time and Sabrina was the perfect server Very knowledgeable and professional Awesome time!

Although the Service was Good and the Food was acceptable, for the Price it was nothing to write home about. The noise level was extreme. The wine chosen was very good, but does NOT overshadow the Price Point of the Menu Items. Nice experience and a very nice, upscale design, however, NO NEED for us to return for a second visit

We've enjoyed Cooper's Hawk for years, service is always great. Food is usually consistent. However, one menu item we would not recommend is the black and blue salad. We've tried it a few times, hoping for that first time where it was outstanding, yet every time since it just hasn't measured up. The presentation was not as expected, thought it was the lunch size portion, a little bit of food on a large plate. The charge was for the full size salad. The Asian chicken salad was outstanding though.

Linda made our dining experience wonderful as usual. The food and atmosphere is amazing each time we come in. Love the spaghetti!

My go to favorite restaurant, never had a complaint about food, service etc. It's actually amazing when you go to a restaurant all the time over several years and never had one complaint ❤️

We are never disappointed with Coopers Hawk!!! The food is scrumptious, the wine is delicious, and the service is outstanding!!!

The service was fabulous. Brittany is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable! She is the reason we keep going back.

Service with Shawn was excellent. I ordered chicken Madeira, which is usually a favorite of mine. The mashed potatoes were cold so Shawn brought a fresh batch. The asparagus was extremely woody; apparently the chef never checked them before cooking them. All in all, it was disappointing.

Jomeris was an amazing server! She made great suggestions and was very attentive.
