“I want to take a moment to shout out two amazing McDonald’s employees Aneka and Brittany who consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Every time I visit, they greet me with a smile, handle orders with care, and truly make customers feel valued. Their positive energy and professionalism deserve recognition!
However, I can’t overlook the unpleasant experience I had with the manager guy on of this location. While Aneka and Brittany are shining examples of what customer service should look like, the manager’s attitude is the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and carried an energy that was honestly disturbing for someone in a leadership position. His approach not only made me uncomfortable but also took away from the great service provided by the rest of the team.
This is my neighborhood McDonald’s, and I come here often, so it’s disappointing to feel disrespected at a place I regularly support. It’s a shame that such hardworking and pleasant team members like Aneka and Brittany are being led by someone who lacks the basic qualities of a true leader.
McDonald’s you’ve got some real gems in your team, but leadership matters. I hope this gets addressed.
