I went through the drive through per usual and the girl or woman who was taking the order asked what we would like. When asked for a chocolate chip frappe. She stated do you see that on the menu because I don’t. I proceeded to say I meant mocha which has chocolate chips in it. Once I got my frappe I received it without any chocolate chips inside very dissatisfied.
