It was amazing that the managing barista , who is absolutely adorable and so en point, was able to make me my favourite pour-over,,even though it was 20 minutes to close. She was so pleasant about it and so nice I just couldn't believe it! Very fitting for the upscale shops around the store and Iwas so grateful for the kind attention that she gave to my order because I was moving clothing all day under pressure .... so weary ...and it was just the right measure of pick me up/ bright up my night. Exceptional!❤️

If you are looking for a nice place to have coffee and relax, this is not the place. The R&B music is at full blast all the time. You have to shout your order cause of the noise.

I visit this Starbucks regularly in the mornings as it is close to my home. The staff speak negatively about customers, and sometimes gossip/spread rumors about customers with other customers/people that come into the store. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional. Other people have mentioned similar experiences in the review comments. Not a welcoming place to have your coffee.
I used to really like coming to this Starbucks and usually have a good experience but I was really disappointed this time around. I got my usual dragon fruit refresher and the refresher tastes like caramel and coffee. The store really should clean their things properly to avoid this from happening. I’m disappointed

You can tell my coffee was very rushed. It did not look the same as it does when I always order it from other places. The ice was filled all the way up to the top of the cup, and the coffee was literally sitting below the ice when I picked it up. I poured out the coffee and left the ice… i pretty much got a tall size worth of coffee. I’d rather drive further and get what i pay for

I always have pleasant experiences at this location. Great service and professionalism from the morning crew, from Manager Kristy, Carlos, Tyreke and Felicia and others whose names escape me. Even the cold foam is the best of all Starbucks locations I've been to!
