The server was great however, the greeter was very unwelcoming. The greeter didn't make us feel welcomed, we almost left due to her attitude. Once we were seated, food took almost an hour to come to the table (even though it was not busy) when the food did arrive, much of it was cold as if it were sitting for a while. I did have the food sent back, when I received it again, it was still Luke warm. Just decided not to eat. Was very disappointed considering this is a newer location.

Will not return to this location.

This is the second time I ordered their chocolate truffle cake and the piece is so tiny. I thought it was a one time thing the first time but this happened again yesterday. Look at the differences in size and presentation from the piece from Sawgrass Cheesecake Factory and the Promenade Cheesecake Factory. And when I moved the whipped cream, cake was missing. Unbelievable. I can’t go here again.

The service was great but the food.. was just absolutely horrific.. We got chicken tenders with fries and the french fries were like hollow in the middle so it was crunchy and kinda felt like I was eating plastic... and the few fries that had potato inside were super soggy I don't understand how that happened.. The ranch was super watery too which was a little unappetizing.. and the cheesecake was incredibly overbearing but I know it's a dessert so I didn't expect much else.. We won't be coming back and it was super expensive too ☹️

My friend and I had a late lunch yesterday at this location. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess. We sat outside as it was a beautiful day. Our waiter Steven immediately came over to our table. We both ordered salads that were delicious. We sat and talked for quite a while and Steven came by to check on us and we appreciated him not rushing to free up our table. Looking forward to going back. Also the restaurant was very clean !
