I really like this spot great ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. I tried the Chicken Shawarma from their specials menu. The food was tasty and well-prepared, but the service was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected to get the order. Hoping for quicker service next time, but overall a nice place to hang out and enjoy a meal.

The atmosphere here is amazing, and our waitress Jada was absolutely phenomenal. I did have an issue with my burger being overcooked, but the manager came over personally to apologize and had a fresh one made. The chef even brought the new burger out to my table, which really showed the level of care they put into their service.
I’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations in Florida — from Sawgrass to Boca Raton and Orlando — but by far, the one at the Promenade is the best. This was my second time dining here, and once again, the same manager came by to greet us and ensure we were having a great experience. I can’t remember her name, but Cheesecake Factory at the Promenade would be making a huge mistake if they ever got rid of her.

Like this restaurant however the food is great the service is the worse.
I had to look where the waitress was all the time and call her for everything. My granddaughters dinner came 25 minutes before mine.

Nahelle was the best server ! We will definitely be back just for her, drinks were never empty and she was so attentive. We never felt rushed either. Thanks for a great dinner out !

So, I was very disappointed with the beet arugula salad I ordered for takeout. It looks like a garnish not a substantial salad that Cheesecake Factory is known for. The manager, Ana Heartcastle, came out and firmly disputed my complaint. Upon asking about the oranges that are supposed to be in the salad but were not visible, she offered to “put a glove on and dig through to show me one “. I thought the customer was always right? Super rude and disappointing, especially for a lovely restaurant like this one.

Had a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory Coconut Creek! The Skinny Asian Chicken Salad was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. Definitely a spot I’ll return to!

I Love this place

Me and my family came here for the first time since they opened! They did amazing, our server Alex was above and beyond and I loves her, she had us laughing the whole time, 10/10!

Everyone was amazing super nice and quick I loved the food the crab cakes do not look like photo its like little balls but every thing was amazing staff cleaning and waiting was great will be back with my family for sure!!!

Food took well over 30 minutes when we asked for the manager she quickly came over and offered a cheesecake. The rice was cold and the pasta had very little sauce. She didn't even ask when she could do to rectify the situation. She never returned to check on us. The server was professional but the manger left much to be desired. Will not return.
