We ordered two pasta dishes—the pumpkin agnolotti and the spicy rigatoni vodka—and both were exceptional. The pumpkin agnolotti had a rich, velvety filling with a perfect hint of sweetness balanced by savory notes in the sauce. The spicy rigatoni was exactly what you’d hope for: a deep, layered heat that builds but never overwhelms, and pasta cooked to that ideal al dente firmness. We also had the chicken cacciatore, which was incredibly flavorful, hearty, and comforting, with a sauce that felt slow-developed and well-seasoned.
For dessert, we chose the cannoli. While Carbone Vino does not offer complimentary birthday desserts (something to be aware of if you’re planning a celebration), the staff did present the cannoli with a birthday candle, which added a personal touch and made the moment feel festive. The cannoli itself was excellent—crispy shell, creamy filling, balanced sweetness.
Overall, the evening felt celebratory, smooth, and memorable. The quality of the food, the professionalism of the service, and the charm of the atmosphere all came together beautifully. While prices are on the higher side and nothing is comped for a special occasion, the experience as a whole justified the cost. After 3 visits for dinner it’s time to write a review. Each visit was a vibe. The ambience is great as for food, they have the best carpaccio outside of Italy. The house dish, Carbone is also a standout winner!!! The drinks are very well crafted. Try the Negroni, you won’t be disappointed. I recently celebrated my birthday at a fantastic restaurant and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff really went above and beyond, especially our waiter, Abel, who was just incredible. They made my mom, who uses a wheelchair, feel extremely comfortable by checking in her wheelchair for her and making sure she was well accommodated.
The food was just as impressive. We enjoyed a delicious spread: spicy rigatoni, fresh oysters, an outstanding beef carpaccio, and complimentary focaccia that was just perfect. We also had a fish special with brown butter and capers that was absolutely divine.
The service overall was impeccable. The manager, Warren, checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect, and the sommelier gave us wonderful wine recommendations. Overall, it was a truly memorable evening and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner.

The stars of the show were the zuppa di mussels , peppers with fresh mozzarella and the chicken cacciatore . for pasta we ordered the lobster fettuccine - it was fine but not something I’d get again.
