“Delicious Omakaze experience with a wide variety of sashimi and rolls. My fave was the shiitake rolls. And I was obsessed with the wasabi oil they gave us for the hand roll. The service was amazing and the itamaes the best, we even got to try a very fluffy matcha biscuit and the shaved ice with mint and lemony taste was amazing!”

The chef’s and bartender in the Omakase room were extremely knowledgeable, fun, professional, and great entertainers. The food.. the food was amazing, fresh, simple yet amazing. Ethan, the bartender, made the most amazing drinks - including a custom drink he made (a passionfruit lychee martini) was one of the best drinks I ever had. “Vegan here, former vegetarian. The pizza looked so delicious but they don't offer vegan cheese and I didnt want cheese-less pizza. However, both the soups, minestrone and pasta fagioli soups are vegan. I ordered the pasta fagioli soup and it came with 2 plain rolls that were delicious. The soup was the best I've had and the rolls were a winning complement to the soup. My friends ordered a large cheese pizza with garlic rolls. The 2 pizza critics said it was the best they have had in Miami (they live there; I was visiting) and everyone loved it.”

“It's Flannigan's so you're not expecting it to be 5 star, but basics are basics. What good is it to bring out a salad or app quickly, slide it on the table and disappear like the wind without noticing you have delivered food without your customers being able to eat it because there are no utensils. So you sit and try to get someone's attention as they fly by and ask for what should have been delivered in the first place. This has opened several times. A one time fluke, hey we all have those moments but several times is indicative of lack of attention. Now about the food. Amazingly delicious whatever you order. This time it was the Texas burger! “Sipsip is a great rooftop bar right in the heart of Coconut Grove! The views at sunset are spectacular, and they have an extensive happy hour menu including both food and drink specials. I recommend the sliders and the rum cocktail, and they have a good selection of beers as well. There's usually a lot of staff members even at peak hours when the bar tends to get busy, so I've never had to wait too long to be served. To get to the rooftop, just walk thru the lobby of the hotel and head to the elevators on the left of the atrium. You won't be disappointed!”

“Had a great meal the other night! Service was great, friendly bartenders, ours Chris was really nice and made good recommendations. The food is next level - not what I was expecting for a bar vibe, I had a delicious mahi plate with rice and beans that had so much flavor. Really great weekday spot!”
