The menu hit all the right notes with fresh, bright ceviche, crunchy tostadas, flavorful beef anticuchos, and a smooth flan that was the perfect sweet finish. “Decor and low lighting give the dining experience a romantic and mysterious feel. Bryan kicked off our evening with a lovely welcome cocktail in the lounge. Make sure to arrive 15min early to partake in this treat. Chef Tomas gave engaging explanations of each piece and the assortment and quality of fish was delightful. The whole sushi team including Floro on our end of the sushi counter were very fun and made the dinner an interactive experience.”

“We spent a lovely evening with live singer Monik Singer - beautiful voice !!! Enjoying the best champagne and charcuterie. We also had crepes and flat bread mortadella plate, very good! The personnel was very serviceable and made our night enjoyable.

“I was a little skeptical at first because their menu is on the pricier side, but we decided to try their Miami Spice dinner special, and it was absolutely worth it! The portions were very generous, and everything was delicious. I also loved that they offer a real dessert with the Miami Spice menu (especially compared to other places that only offer sorbet). The Milhojas Alfajor was absolutely out of this world! I will return just to get that dessert!”

“We had plans to go to a different restaurant and stumbled on Loretta and the Butcher - so glad we did. The food was terrific and the young lady who took care of us was great. My husband had the Milanese sandwich which was delicious, and I had the Ensalada Griega and it was very tasty. We are from Upstate New York and we enjoyed the outside service and decor. After dinner we were headed to the airport to return home and ended up leaving something, that was very special to our 12 year old, at the restaurant. The staff was so sweet and went out of their way to get it back to us. He (and we agree) said next time we are in Miami; we are definitely going to Loretta and the Butcher - 5 stars all across the board!”

“Lunch at Bellini’s at Mr. C’s: An Italian Escape in Coconut Grove. Friday afternoon lunch for girlfriends to catch up. From the moment we arrived at Bellini’s, with a warm welcome from Beni and his staff, the restaurant’s elegant ambiance and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay set the stage for an enjoyable afternoon. Service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. We were quickly seated and offered a selection of fine Italian wines. Choosing a crisp Gavi de Gavi to compliment, the Tagliolini with white Alba truffles was truly the highlight of our meal. This dish was a true celebration of Italian culinary artistry: the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the generous shavings of white truffle added an earthy, aromatic richness that elevated every bite. The chef’s restraint allowed the delicate flavors to shine, making each mouthful both decadent and refined. Thank you Bellini, we will be back.”
