“Carrot Express in Coconut Grove has easily become my go-to lunch spot whenever I’m looking for something healthy, fresh, and actually good quality.
The service is always great, but wanted to give a special shoutout to Kata today. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and just made the whole experience that much better.

“I recently placed a large order, intending to have the sandwiches for dinner, saving the empanadas, pastries, and croquettes for breakfast the next day, and the salad and soup for lunch the following day. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and held great overnight for the next days meals. Highly impressed with the quality of the food and the value for the cost. I was able to feed 10 ppl (the majority not vegan) and everyone agreed it was outstanding. Thank you!!“

Asked her what she likes to eat there the most and she suggested the steak tacos her way and told me you can add an extra taco for an extra expense and it was worth it???. She had awesome work ethics, a beautiful smile that made you feel like you were there with a childhood friend, and a giggle that made you giggle as well....will request her every time I go.... “Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

“Restaurant lived up to the hype! Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Excellent service and fun, lively atmosphere. Food and cocktails were 10/10. The southern chicken dish was some of the best fried chicken I've had. The flavor was deeper, more complex than your typical fried chicken. House-made pickles and pimento biscuits were the perfect compliment. Collard greens were definitely top 3 all time. Pork chop was slightly overcooked but still delicious. Mashed potatoes and crispy onions with the chop were fantastic. High booze content in the cocktails - got your money's worth. The DJ was just getting going outside as we were leaving. Wish we could've stayed and partied all night. Really appreciated the complimentary ice cream for my wife's birthday. Will definitely be back!“

From the moment we arrived at Bellini’s, with a warm welcome from Beni and his staff, the restaurant’s elegant ambiance and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay set the stage for an enjoyable afternoon. Service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. We were quickly seated and offered a selection of fine Italian wines. Choosing a crisp Gavi de Gavi to compliment, the Tagliolini with white Alba truffles was truly the highlight of our meal. This dish was a true celebration of Italian culinary artistry: the pasta was perfectly al dente, and the generous shavings of white truffle added an earthy, aromatic richness that elevated every bite. The chef’s restraint allowed the delicate flavors to shine, making each mouthful both decadent and refined. Thank you Bellini, we will be back.“
