“Had a great experience there....Natalie was my amazing server. Asked her what she likes to eat there the most and she suggested the steak tacos her way and told me you can add an extra taco for an extra expense and it was worth it???. She had awesome work ethics, a beautiful smile that made you feel like you were there with a childhood friend, and a giggle that made you giggle as well....will request her every time I go.... “Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

“Came for Father's day. They ran out of oxtail and oysters. But our server Jeremy was as TOP TIER! He was patient, kind and efficient. He made the experience delightful. “Ittle Litaly / Veganlitaly is so good. ALL VEGAN. A bit on the pricy side for quantity. Not the quality. The quality is good. The wait time for the food can be a bit long. But the owner does all the cooking solo. So I understand. All ingredients are made in house, from scratch, as per owner. So, that may be the reason for the wait time. Ittle Litaly / Veganlitaly has the BEST cheese crust Pizza that I've had at any restaurant. Especially a vegan restaurant. Thier meatballs, or sausage, is SO Good. The Papita-something🤷♀ flatbread sandwich is awesome too.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“Easily one of the best sushi spots I've tried! Everything we ordered was beyond fresh and delicious, and the service was flawless. You have to try the miso soup; it’s a total hug for the soul. Keep in mind it’s a very small space, so it's best suited for a quick, incredible meal rather than lounging around so others can get a turn. 10/10!“
