Had a great experience there....Natalie was my amazing server. Asked her what she likes to eat there the most and she suggested the steak tacos her way and told me you can add an extra taco for an extra expense and it was worth it???. She had awesome work ethics, a beautiful smile that made you feel like you were there with a childhood friend, and a giggle that made you giggle as well....will request her every time I go.... Thank you Natalie...you made my night!!!!
Our plan was to have at least one meal that was on the upper end of the food spectrum and Monty's delivered. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made our one and only visit a memorable one. No regrets dining here at Monty's. The food was prepared and presented well. We even took home a souvenir monkey bank! If ever in the area again, Monty's Raw Bar is on our list of restaurants to go back to.
Great choice. We took Mahi that we caught yesterday. They fixed it for us. It was delicious. Thanks for a great meal.

Monty's Raw Bar is a phenomenal spot in Coconut Grove for quality, fresh seafood without the bougie vibe. The Jalea Mariscos is outstanding, and the Rockefeller oysters and ceviche are highly recommended. Shrimp tacos are to die for, while the stone crabs (in season) and key lime are a must. The food is delicious, fresh, and a 10/10. Drinks are refreshing and tasty. The view is incredible, right on the ocean marina with a beautiful view of the marina. The atmosphere is super relaxed, with live music and sports on TV, making it the place to be on a Saturday evening. The staff is attentive and gives great recommendations. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This is one of the best meals on the coast. It is worth it.
